For our guests from the US and Canada we will price your confirmation invoice in both GB£/US$.

Prices Include Local Taxes and Utilities and one clean upon departure.
For bookings of 6 nights or less Please add £60/US$93 cleaning charge to the above prices.

A non refundable deposit is required at booking of £250/US$350.
A $250.00 Damage/Security Deposit will be taken by Credit Card “Swipe” at key collection on arrival by our Management Company. It will not be used if: a) all provisions of the agreement are complied with, b) The Villa and contents are left in undamaged condition, to be determined by Management Company or Cleaning Service.
